The fog/breath is phenomenal. Most people cannot do that.
The hands are very good, the fingers and curves of the bones more specifically.
The position is natural and not blocky.
Your anatomy is very good.
The shading, like always, is amazing!
The eyes are very realistic and fairy-like instead of being boring and anime-like.
Cons:
The wings are very plain with only one line, maybe in the future you should add more lines for a petal-like design or more colors.
The hair looks a greasy and or wet the way you put the shines.
The ears look uneven, but that ways probably just the hair covering it.
The smile is big.
The nose is sort of off the one side a little bit.
